Baseline Report

Baseline Report acc. IED

The Industrial Emissions Directive (DIRECTIVE 2010/75/EU) aims to prevent, reduce and as far as possible, eliminate pollution arising from industrial activities. Therefore a general framework for the control of the main industrial activities is established.

For instance, a baseline report should be issued regarding the state of soil and groundwater contamination. The baseline report should be a practical tool that permits, as far as possible, a quantified comparison between the state of the site described in that report and the state of the site upon definitive cessation of activities, in order to ascertain whether a significant increase in pollution of the soil or groundwater has taken place.

We help you to collect, sort and analyse the required data making use of existing data on soil and groundwater measurements and historical data related to past uses of the site.

Missing data can be provided using our innovative technical investigation services.

IED

The baseline report will be issued according the national Austrian guideline.

Together with our partners from the BEING network, which was set up for all kind of technical projects to be submitted to authorities, we support you in all concerns of environmental protection.
